Answering services have many forms of pricing including per message, per call, and time billing. Some answering services provide a flat rate or unlimited service usually providing a very low quality of service.
A Live Answer utilizes time billing which is the most accurate measure of how much service a client uses. By doing so we are able to ensure the highest level of service available in the industry.
Time is measured in two categories; operator time and automated time.
Operator time is anytime an operator is working on your account. This time is measured on a per second basis and billed in six second increments with no minimums.
Automated time is billed in the same way but is based on the amount of time your caller interacts with our voicemail system.
Reports detailing all time billed can be provided upon request. These reports itemize every transaction including the time, caller information, and length of the call.
