Should you fail to respond, our system will present the pending message back to a dispatcher who will continue working the message until it is delivered.
In addition to confirming receipt, our system can be programmed to accept a text reply from your phone and present the entire reply to an operator.
SMS reply confirmation has a monthly cost of $10 per month plus any additional operator time consumed.
SMS reply with text-to-operator has a monthly cost of $20 per month plus any additional operator time consumed.
