Detailed Reports
Our system keeps track of every detail of every call. A report can be provided at any time showing the calls received on your line. This report will include details on operator time, ring time, and hold time if any. Also included are details on voicemail transactions and email or fax transmissions.
The detailed reports can also be used to audit the amount you are charged for operator time.
There is no charge for reasonable report requests.
A detailed call report can be emailed to you along with your billing for an additional $10 per billing period.
