Is your service charging you a “Holiday Fee?” Our company charges you the same way our staff charges us, by time. The fact that staff members earn a little more on holidays is irrelevant to most of my clients. Some clients receive fewer calls on holidays than on regular business days or weekends. While other services look for ways to nickel and dime you to cover rising expenses, we take a more simple approach. My partner and I base your bill on exactly how much work you have us do which is measured in operator time, down to the second. Periodically we increase the amount we charge to cover the rising costs of doing business, but we never add erroneous charges to your answering service bill.
